Feasibility Process

Many of our clients have a collection of ideas and dreams but need direction on how to pull it all together. So we start where we need to – at the beginning. It is the best way to get to the end.

So begins the conversation – the feasibility process. To bring people and ideas together in an intentional way, we guide our clients through this time of interaction and exploration – ‘…the meeting of ideas…’ This economical process serves as the cornerstone for the successful facility design unique to your needs.

In many ways it is a strategic planning exercise that involves a broad participation of the client group and design team through the following:

• Idea generation thru a process of questionnaires and interviews
• Distillation of ideas with leadership
• Creation of initial concepts
• Review and discussion of concepts
• Refinement of concepts
• Selection and refinement of final concept

These events will allow us to draw on expertise of team and fully understand of needs and vision of the you the client. This initial process will firmly establish your vision in the form of a final concept before committing to the building process. It places you in a position where you can make informed decisions for your project going forward.
